Dallas has the ball again and on 1st and 10 finally Romo gets a pass off to Witten. Early second quarter Dallas gets into Bills territory for the first time. Once that happened, Romo nearly threw another INT. On next play, T.O. makes a great catch, jumping high to snag the football. Then he gets a penalty for spiking the ball. However, after review, T.O. did nothing wrong. The very next play, Romo finally throws a gem to Witten for a touchdown!
