Wade Phillips-Can he Do it?

Wade Phillips' coaching career wins isn't that bad. He had a couple of good seasons with Buffalo. He's never won a playoff game. Here is a snapshot:

We know he is a defensive-minded coach and our defense is pretty good. We do need some deep passing help, and that's been a Cowboys weakness for years now. It seems we have found our pash rushers. Can we stop the deep ball?
